I frequently NCNS my job. Does anyone else do this?

I [46M] work as a dishwasher and I no-call no-show my job all the time. If I'm not feeling like working that day or something better comes up, I'll NCNS. Management has done nothing about it the 11 months I've been there and I feel like there's no downside to doing it. I guess they turn a blind eye cause the expectations are so low for dishwashers (half the guys they hire don't even show up to their first shift lol). Anyways, does anyone else here no-call no-show? Any NCNS buddies here?
