Hello all, I hope each of you reading are doing well. Long story cut short i'm a british citizen living in country i am very unhappy in, as i've been badly discriminated, ridiculed and bullied against about 3 years ago and, only my mother (dont live with my father as he is extremely violent, and i have scars on my arms from when he whipped me, he took money from me etc. ) only my mum.has a job here and her wage is around 630 a month and she always seems to have to pay stuff for her car, petrol, food for both of us, bills and ive tried getting jobs here but its beyond awful! i live in a town thats small, very homophobic where meer gossip occurs on a daily basis, i mean i keep seeing people who i went to school with, and they either burst at laughing when they see me , or when talking to others in the street , pointing at me before laughing..ive been on anti depressants in the past, i had my entire adolescence taken from me, and injustice is beyond the right word for the violations i was forced to indure for years.. at the time i told teachers and it got much worse... i am currently 24 , at times due to being here suicidal, and i want to have a chance at living away from this, doesnt one thats been slandered for being foreign, quiet and perceived as gay which i am regardless, but more importantly doesnt a human who has done no wrong, do i not deserve to at least have the chance to have a life? and i just want to move back to England where i was born.
Now for the practical side, I've sent CVs to the UK and recently today i got a call and had a phone interview, now the guy seemed to really like me as he said i seemed like a good fit however , and i understand, id need to go for an interview in person and i explained the issue was i dont have much money so financially i'd be impossible right now, i also dont have housing and have no idea how i'd get any, as i dont have family willing to help over there in London UK.
So he said he'd call back in a months time but that was unfortunate..
I am more than begging for help. I can't bare to be living any longer where i currently am. My minds a mess (ive been to therapists i cant simply just ignore harassment, its not right) its bad enough i had to remove my social medias cause id get people from school reposting screenshots of my stuff mocking me.
I read online , by sending CVs to the UK would be the way, but for an interview in person how on earth will i do that? Ive tried selling stuff and made very little money, people in the country im in are soooo rude, they'd even send offensive messages on marketplace saying how thet want to get products for much less...when i sell stuff for 10 euros!! ..i'm like a fish out of water thats being poked at with a stick.
How can i get a job in the UK in my circumstances? PS-As stupid as this seems ive even emailed a year ago the uk government and british councils for aid. I dont want a free pass in life i just want to go back to my native country and work, contribute and hope to know what joy is..at 24 its very embarassing to say i didnt get to date, hang with friends other than 2 and without being targeted and socially ridiculed.
