I find myself in the position of having a job now, but knowing Ill be laid off in a few months. I work as a middle manager right now making just a bit more than minimum wage, and I'm fairly young so I don't have a lot of other jobs on my resume, but I am in charge of a lot more than someone normally would in my position. How much of an increase in pay would be reasonable to ask for from what I'm making now?
What are your thoughts? Do you have any helpful advice on this, and what do you think would be best in my situation?
