Anybody know where and how to get a security clearance?

Tsi/sci or whatever.

I cant find any info on google at all. They say that you have to apply for a job that needs clearance and they might sponsor you.

I have been applying for network engineering jobs that require security clearance!

Hoping to get sponsored and NONE of them actually sponsor you. This makes me 90% unqualified because almost 90% of information technology jobs here in Maryland and DC require a clearance!
