Have an issue with two interviews at two different companies are at the same address, same room number

I interviewed with a company last week and decided not to take the job. I now have an interview with a completely different company for what I understand to be a completely different job. However, both interviews will be at the same exact address, even the same room number! Has anyone experienced this before?
