Finding a new job due to change in child care benefits...

I work in administrative/accounting for a local non-profit. The pay isn’t great but the benefits are/were great. They are covering 1/2 of my child care expenses but they will making changes to our benefits to cover only 1/4 of child care expenses in a few months but will still be getting the same pay. With this change, I’m essentially “donating” one of my checks to child care fees.

I’m now thinking about finding a new job with higher pay. However, I would be fully responsible for my full child care costs.

What would you do?
