What to do about a new job that’s ghosting you?

I’ve never been in this position before and I’m not sure what to do.

I recently interviewed for a part-time job on the first of the new year and accepted the job the same day. Last Monday we had our onboarding, and my new manager told me he would “call us in a day or two” with our training schedule. Four days went by and nothing, so I reached out and was told that he’d let me know my training schedule on Monday (today). I’ve heard nothing all day and I’m not sure what to do now.

I’ve just moved to the area and without a schedule I can’t really plan or budget my life right now. I’m also wondering if I’m just going to be continuously ghosted by this job and maybe never start? Should I start applying for new jobs?
