Cisive/CARCO question

I left every job I have ever had as a no call/no show. I was young and dumb, it was irresponsible. They were all entry level part time jobs.

Anyone with experience onboarding with Cisive (formerly CARCO) know if they will check reason for termination and eligibility for rehire, as stated in their FAQ?

I’m not the same person I was back then, and I will explain that to my new employer, but I’m really hoping I don’t have to and can just show my merit as I work.
