Help getting a job after college

 Repost because the way I phrased my first post was unclear. I’m graduating in May and have began looking at job postings at insurance companies and entry level HR positions. Some background is that I studied Psychology, thinking I wanted to go to grad school, then changed my mind. I have interned this past summer and I’m interning right now at on office at school. I’m also a research assistant. I’ve revised my resume and began applying to places. I was looking for additional advice on applying and networking because I’m definitely lacking experience.
