What's a good transition for someone who is in tech support and is very, very highly motivated? Is there a good tech/communication or tech/researcher role? I want more from my career (I'm 30 now) but I feel like my only roads are support roles.
Any suggestions or recommendations? Maybe a Business Analyst type role?
I work in tech support but want more, I want to advance more, and just looking for something that can utilize my skills. I feel like the real money is in software development but just curious if any there's anything I can do other than that to really advance myself? Just looking for suggestions that I can look into.
