What should my career path be like?

I am currently working for a medium sized bank, doing review of commercial loans.

I will graduate in May with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration m: Management.

I will be moving in the summer of 2021, and I hope to transfer and stay with my company if possible, but I’m not sure what to move onto. I don’t know what I want my endgame to be, but I’m striving to be a high earner for my career.

Any suggestions or questions I can ask myself to determine my goal? What are some good stepping stone positions?
