Currently, working as a Strategic Planning manager in a software products company for 3.5 years. Previously, worked in tech consulting for around 3 years. The role is okay, pay is okay, people are good but career growth is limited in this role.

I want to move to a market facing role like Product sales or even Product Management (not product engineering) or something that involves growing a business. Unable to transition into such a role both internally and externally.
