Left job

Left job because I was being forced to work 7 days a week because so many people have walked off the job and quit. Made it to day 20 straight and took what was scheduled to be my reg day off finally. Was called to come in on the day off and I told them I’m not willing or able to come in and was resigning effective immediately. How bad does this look for my future. The job was extremely high stress and I was mentally tired and feel that them working me that much wasn’t respective and appropriate. Am I wrong to feel this, and how do I explain why I left to future employers? Was there 4 months total
