Woman at work

This is my 5th job in 5 years. I always have a problem with the older females that work at my company.

Now this, older female suppose to show me the work, she keeps saying the wrong things or she says one thing this time, or another thing the other time.

She was mentally burnt-out for 3 months and she only did the somewhat complex files from work. She did a terrible job and complaints kept piling up.

Now she’s back and instantly interferes with the way things work.

She keeps pushing me to do extra work in the morning and i need to check the work of my colleagues. Then she said why I was late on my checks, and I said because you gave me the extra work.

I dont know if she just want to look important. Or she intentionally tries to make me look bad.

Or how to handle this
