What should I list "date available to start" as on an online application when I have to relocate for it?

For background, I'm about to graduate from college (in about two weeks), and I am trying to get a few more applications out. Most of the jobs I've applied for in the past were places near where I've lived, but this one is far enough away that I'll need to relocate. As such, I would need to find a new apartment, fill out all moving-related documentation, and actually move. Consequently, I need to know how to calculate how long that will take, so I can still give them the earliest viable start date. If I get hired, this will almost certainly the best opportunity I'll have, so I want to make sure I get this date right. Thanks.
