Unpaid overtime/weekends -Accept or Reject

So I recently graduated college with a degree in marketing. I got a job offer at a marketing agency that does advertising in local radio (in media buying dept.)

It’s a small company from the looks of it , and my first interview was with the two people who would be my supervisors. The next day, I got a call saying that I’m their top candidate and that they would like to offer me the job. They told me my salary “with opportunity for overtime”. I later got an email explaining the benefits/days off etc. the hours are M-F 9-5.

Today, I formally accepted the offer over the phone and received the offer letter. The job description isn’t mentioned on there or the hours/overtime.

I looked up some reviews on Glassdoor that mention full time employees who have to work unpaid overtime and weekends, (which I’m not able to do) and just awful company culture. I didn’t have a second round interview so I didn’t get to ask further about the work life balance etc.

Should I hold off on accepting the offer even though my starting date is in 4 days? I don’t know if it’s too late notice but it all happened so quickly and I was depending on the second round interview to get more of a feel for the company. And should the job offer letter include the list of duties/responsibilities for the position? Will I be paid for overtime even though I am salaried?

Also the offer letter includes that it is a 3 month probationary period when I first start. I can’t take any vacation days during that time - thinking that it’s to see if I fit in well with the team, but not sure.
