Should I take the job

I quit my last job over 3 months ago, I won’t go into detail but I don’t regret it. I have depression and anxiety although that wasn’t the main cause for me leaving since quitting it has got worse as I’m beating myself up a lot over not having a job, I’m embarrassed. Ive applied for over 60 jobs since quitting and only this one has got back to me.

It’s minimum wage doing something I’ve done before which I can’t stand and really struggle with. The job is also part time, I’m supposed to ring them back today but I really don’t want to. Should I take something I can’t stand just so I can say I have a job? I’m fine financially for now. I’m 26 and still live at home, I feel like a failure!
