Office Politics

Hello, I have started a new job about 10 weeks ago. I work in an office of 20 people with most people teleworking 3-4 days a week. Only myself and 3 other people come into the office everyday. One of those three is a new lady who started 5 months before I did. She was on a training session for the first 3 weeks that I started and I didn't meet her until I had settled in.. Another lady that comes in everyday is a troublemaker. I didn't understand at first, but she isn't in my department and she attempted to give me orders, and interfered with my work. She attempted to assert her dominance over my supervisor by saying that my boss learned from her and trained under her. She played with my head by using my inexperience with the office and put me down by saying that she doesn't agree with how I am being trained and that I shouldn't be doing this work. She constantly interrupts my work and tries to tell me what I should be doing, and my boss is getting angry. I think he thinks I am listening to her. I even think that she is bullying the new girl that has started 5 months before me. She and the new girl constantly trash the new girls boss and I think they are trying to get me to hate him too. I have nothing against the guy. This lady has told me on 3 different occasions to apply for a new job and so has the new girl. I don't understand, but I really just want to do my work and go home and not have to talk to anyone, but it's impossible.

Any guidance? I am a 24 year old male recently graduated. Should I speak with my boss? This office runs on seniority, and I think that my boss is intimidated by her?
