Hello, I'm new.
I've been at my job since February. I was part time Initially. It's in sales and something different happens every day, and I'm trying desperately to keep up. However, I did well during our busy month, and was offered full time with Benefits. It's a nice step up for basically a retail/sales job.
However, I haven't had this kind of job since when I was in h.s...that was a very long time ago. I wasn't great as a cashier and was never great at it, the two times I was. I swore I would never work in a cashier position again.
In my current position, I had a really weird asst manager scare the crap out of me daily.. She would tell me horror stories and I could never tell she was joking.
In any case, now, it's a great opportunity to get on my feet for the first time.
I just can't find my way in. I always mess up and they always assume I know what I'm doing when I dont ever encounter half the things they get mad at me for..or encounter that often to stick.
what/how should I find my way in?
