Anyone have any hacks for ATS (applicant tracking sites) or website with free scans?

I just tried jobscan to see how my resume stacked up to a few job posts and scored really low, despite what I thought was a good amount of key word phrases. By that site just gives me five free scans a month and I am wondering if there are some free sites out there that can help optimize a resume for the ATS. I have been applying like crazy but not getting much traction and trying to get my chances with the ATS to improve.
