My girlfriend has inconsistent anxiety and depression but needs help finding a job, what type of jobs offer flexible temporary positions that don’t require the employee to work excessively long shifts?

There are other obstacles such as lack of transportation but I need somewhere to start. She stresses how she can’t work because she needs something based off her own terms but obviously she will need to compromise. I want to help and give options to motivate her but I’m not sure where to start. I’ve never had issues I’ve been well off on getting jobs but that’s because I’ve had access to transportation and no limitations in my life to stop me from working. She is a 21 year old female who has no graduated from high school, grade 11 is the highest level of academic achievement.

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated, you can be blunt and harsh because I won’t take anything personal and I am a very realistic person.

Edit: a lot of people are stressing their concern about the mental health which is entirely understandable. But that is in the works currently, medication is used, therapy is in session. As that progresses I wish to have a plan set in motion to follow or a possible plan considered
