Does only staying at a job for 3 weeks look bad?

I'm 18 and about to graduate high school. I will be studying computer science in the fall at a state school. I got a job at Walmart the first of this month and from day one I hated it. It's Walmart so I shouldn't have to explain why.

There's a semiconductor plant near my house hiring right now, and for some of the lower positions the only requirement is a high school education, and preferably students who took a very science heavy course load and who will be studying science at college (this fits me perfectly) and I want to apply because they pay like 18 an hour.

My only question is will it look bad leaving Walmart so fast? Will that hurt me in trying to get this job or ones in the future?
