As the title says. Not sure what to do here as I wouldn't really give a good review. The issues I have with him are; one, he's often clocking in late even though he lives a mile away. Two, when actions and procedures need to be corrected, it often takes 3-4 times of telling him it needs to be corrected. Three, he has a hard time following directions. Four, he did not tell me he was listing me as a reference and I'm not his boss. What should I do here? Like I said he already listed me without consulting with me first, I would have to be honest so I couldn't really give a good review, and we still work together. Thanks in advance.
