My father is nearing his 60th birthday. He wasn't born in the United States but he speaks English fluently. He does however feel self-conscious of his heavy accent. He's worked in a nursing home as a Resident Assistant for over 13 years and was even a lead Resident Assistant for 5 years. However, he stopped working as a resident assistant 5 years ago and has been primarily working as an Uber driver. He's had a couple of odd jobs between now and then as a driver for a airport shuttle company and an Amazon packer, but he didn't hold on to those jobs because they honestly did not treat him with any form of respect. He doesn't want to work as a resident assistant or Uber driver anymore, but any other suggestions would be great. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do? I have no diea since he hasn't help a steady job besides Uber for 5 years now.
