I've received an offer for an International Account Manager, and I'm terrified.

Hello everyone, I'm 24 years old, and I've received a job offer to work as an International Account Manager because I speak a language that not many people speak in my country, but is of high interest for this company. The company that wants to hire me is the biggest player in my country and 4th largest in Europe. I've recently finished university, and after I went to this interview I'm starting to have second thoughts if i'll be able to cope with it.

Basically, I'll be in charge of managing clients from a whole country because I speak the language natively. People that have worked as IAM, do you have any advice or maybe you can share some insights on how this job is?
