Got offered a job and now First Advantage need to complete a background check. What are people’s experiences with them?

It’s basically a customer service role for a global financial company.

From two jobs ago (second role on my resume) I was terminated from the role. I’m still on good terms with the manager and even he says to say to potential recruiters that I left looking for more opportunities rather than I was terminated, but I’m just worried about what they might find in my background check.

I really, really want this job.
