Does graduate school name matter?

I'm entering a physics graduate (PhD) program in the fall, and I hope to take my PhD in the industry, for example working in R&D at companies like Microsoft and Intel, or somewhere on government sectors.

I have offers from state universities like U of Minnesota, which have a very strong program in the subfield I'm pursuing, and also offers from reputable places like Johns Hopkins. I'm wondering if the name/general reputation matters in the industry market. This question is in efforts to make an informed decision!
