Complicated situation with where I should put my location on my resume.

I’m applying to places in NYC, which is where my last job was and where I still technically have a place.

My location for those jobs is still listed as NYC on my resume and online forms.

However I’m temporarily living with my parents in my hometown. I’m considering applying to jobs in my hometown and a town over. I’m not sure if I should list my hometown for hometown jobs and town over jobs. I’m physically here but my stuff is in NYC.

I don’t think I’m lying either way. What should I do? Tailor my location based on the location of the job?
