I just went and applied hoping for a first job at some local fast food chains and grocery stores but afterwards a friend told me I have no chance at getting any of those jobs without a resume. Only issue is... I don't have any prior experience and no real achievements other than sports. Am I totally screwed because I didn't add one, or will most employers not care as long as my listed availability is really solid?
