After a 6mo contract, I’ve earned 6 solid advocates: 2 VPs, Managers and Team Leaders. How do I best leverage these advocates within my applications for full time employment?
Cover letters aren’t generally used, so I’ve been thinking of adding names to my resume, or trying to follow up with Hiring Manager via email, and using these names as a reference tactfully. Any other ideas?
