Where is the option for Indeed to not give out your resume to recruiters?

I am not interested in getting recruited to jobs I do not have any interest and especially for jobs that have not applied for.

Basically on a Sunday, a certain recruiter for X company has called me like 12 times in the span of an hour while I was taking a nap.

I wish to stop situations from that from happening and I am not fond of random people having my personal information (my address is on my resume) like that.

I remember there was option on Indeed to not give out your information, but I could no longer find that option.

[edit] It turns out I already had it on private, so how is this possible?
