Should/could I get a cert in IT?

I don’t have a degree, I’m 29, and I don’t have the means right now to go to school. I found a group of IT certs online that I’m looking into. But finding that some require a degree or experience in that field. Are there any certifications I can get that I can get and then find a good job looking for that certification? Here’s that list:
