I've been trying to get this job for about a week and a half now. The manager first contacted me by phone to tell me about the position, then I applied after reading up about the company and reading more about what the position entailed. I went in for my in-person interview, and I got interviewed by 2 different people. After that, they sent me an assessment online to understand what kind of person I was and that took about an hour or so. Then in the same week, I got an interview with their HR specialist. It seems I did well as I made it to the final interview round where I will talk with the President of the company. I got called today to come in the office Wednesday and he said "this isn't an interview, we're just going to talk more about the position, and maybe the President might come in" I'm just confused with their hiring process and I'm skeptical whether or not I will get the job.
