Forgetting Payroll

Hey all,

So I work for a pretty well known shipping company. I have worked for them 2 months as of today. In those 2 months they have "forgotten" to pay me on our payday (Fridays). The first time they got it fixed within hours.

It's end of day Monday, and I dont have my pay. I have bugged my manager since Friday. They are sympathetic but, keeps saying that the head boss is "on it" and "working on it".

What do I do? What can I even do other than bug my manager?

I have bills due and food to buy. Honestly even though it pays well I don't even want to go into work if they keep doing this to me.
