I have a job I'm interviewing for that's "temp-to-perm" meaning temporary to start with a possibility of converting to salaried.
They asked me about hourly rate / salary requirements, and I'm thinking the temporary rate should be some premium above the salary because I won't get any benefits, paid vacation, etc. Is there some method I can use to calculate this?
