Putting in applications before graduating

I'm a couple months away from graduation and I've been applying to positions in my field. I've put my expected graduation date in my resume which comes in as an attachment to an online application. However in the majority of the applications I've filled they ask me to input my education with a simple yes or no regarding to whether I've graduated from that particular institution. I've been putting no to this question due to its technical truth, however I'm concerned doing this may have the program auto reject my app. Should I be putting yes instead?
