Online assessment tests

So we all know many corporates these days give you online assessment tests before interviews. Some are usually quantitative, logical reasonings and management style tests.

So recently I had to give one for a really well know FMCG. Their online assessment was shit tough and trippy. Began with very easy maths test but then went into all sorts of memory game and very tough ones.

Have you guys came across any tests like this? Also are there any sites where you practice your tests from quantitative or otherwise?
