Need advice on new career path and certs/degrees

So I have a BA in Music as I thought I wanted to pursue music education. But I’ve found out through job experience that being a teacher SUCKS and makes very little pay. I still live at home at 27 and cannot see a way out with this salary. I also have my Vet Assistant Certificate but have recently been mauled by a dog at a job and suffer from PTSD nightmares and flashbacks so that won’t work (was more of a backup plan anyway). I cannot afford to get another Bachelors so I guess I need help/suggestions for easy certificates or Associates that also pay well come career time. I’m INTJ. 27 female. Limited physical ability due to back issues. (If any of this matters).
