Job A:
- Non-exempt
- $37,000 a year with raises every 2-3 years
- $60 medical premiums each year with $2k out of pocket max
- $0 dental premium
- 401(k) with 50% employer match
- 15 days vacation, 3 days sick, 9 paid holidays each year
- 15 minute driving commute
- Can work very easy side job to bring in additional $1.5k a year
Job B:
- Non-exempt
- $41,500 a year with annual merit raises
- $900 medical premiums each year with $3,700 out of pocket max
- $380 dental premium
- 6% employee contribution, 20% employer contribution pension
- 15 days vacation, 12 days sick, 12 paid holidays each year
- 40 minute driving commute
- Company will pay for graduate school
- Side job not available
