Missed phone call and voicemail about internship nearly 3 days ago

So this past wednesday 2/13 I went to a career fair put on by my school in search of a internship. The day after attending I received a call from as employer offering me the a position but I am just now seeing the notification for it (I get a lot of spam calls and the notification for the voicemail never showed up). Am I in danger of losing this opportunity? I plan to call them back promptly at 7 am.
