I've worked remotely for a very reputable company for almost 7 years but am in a very toxic environment with the people I work with on a daily basis. I hate to leave my current role but can't handle the emotional distress anymore...I don't even know where to begin with job seeking! Advice?

It's funny I say I don't know where to begin with job seeking, because I work in the Talent Attraction field of the company. The whole premise of my job is acting as a brand ambassador and a career specialist with external talent to get them started with their journey. The last year and a half I have gained so much critical experience and have a true passion for the work I am doing. There is so much opportunity for growth in this company but only if I am willing to relocate to the other side of the Country which is not something I can do right now. I'm not sure where to start when it comes to looking for a new job and worry I will have a hard time finding a job because of my lack of degree.
