Is it worth even trying out a new job?

I'm not a native speaker, so pardon my english.

Yesterday i was at a job interview at a car dealership/parts shop (with most basic knowledge of car, since they were supposed to teach me at site) the interview went pretty much awful, manager didn't even introduce himself (not even a handshake) and asked me into a office room. Pretty bad working terms, but still we agreed to set up a meeting for today to show me the how the job looks.

Today i went into the shop, he showed me around etc. Started explaining software they're using and the meeting went pretty well. Until he decided to test my knowledge and started picking some randoms parts expecting me to name them (which went horrible, since he picked 4-5 filters expecting me to name em all) and when that didnt go well he opened the hood of a new car he had in middle of store expecting the same thing. He pretty much made a fool out of me in middle of the car shop.

After that he asked if i still wanted the job (the job offer was setup by a friend of my father, not the manager)and explained to me his way of management (2 mistakes = fired), and pretty much did everything for me not to take the job.

So i'm in bit of bind. I'm uneployed and looking for long term job, but i feel like the job is not fit for me at all. The terms are awful, compared to any other job and i feel like the manager doesnt want me there. But i feel bad for not accepting it since it was set up through my father and i'm still living with my parents, because all the recent jobs i had were short term.
