How much would a person pay for a babysitter when said person has 7 kids?

Looking for an hourly wage, or beginning of the month paid once wage, they normally go out for 7-9 hours roughtly one night a week. I hopefully am getting a job babysitting someone with 7 kids with ages ranging from 1-14. I have 5+ years experience with most coming from the past year or 2. I have babysat kids with autism and some very defiant and reckless kids. I have also changed lots of diapers. I would be getting picked up and dropped off back at home or staying overnight. I am 21 yrs old and have no criminal records or anything against me. They also know me and know I wont let anything happen and do my job well.
