Is it ok to use a personal email for a Job Reference

I've recently accepted a job offer with an international companies local office. They are asking me to provide 2 references with email addresses being the only form of contact. My previous job was in retail and my manager there has given permission for me to use her as one of my references. However the company we worked doesn't give managers company email accounts. Would it be ok to use her personal email instead then?
