Internship offer with no stipend/salary

I’ve been offered a full-time summer engineering internship but in the offer email, they mentioned that there is no stipend. It mentions that it’s an educational opportunity and that I have to go through orientation/training. They did not mention any other compensation or salary, and I’ve emailed them again to ask for more clarification. I was just wondering judging by the contents of this offer email, if this implies an unpaid internship?

edit: also the program I got accepted into stated that it pays a weekly stipend so it was surprising when the email stated that there is no stipend..
