How to get the powers that be to lower the indoor temperature?

I live in south Texas and it’s supposed to hit 89 degrees today. My office thermostat is apparently set for 76 degrees and I’m sweating. We never had a problem (other than a handful of tiny ladies getting cold) prior to last week when it was either raised or the cooling functions weren’t turned on as the weather got warm or who knows...

MULTIPLE people are complaining but the few who have spoken to anyone that might have some say in the matter have been told “get a fan.” Even the girl who’s always cold thinks it’s kinda warm in here.

What’s the best possible way to get something done about this?
