Hey! I have worked in a supermarket store for 4 years, where i basically sold bread and milk... and now I am gonna try to change industry to bank( bank is Santander), if my interview is successful on Monday.
My role there would be Customer Service & Sales and up-sell loans and insurance. The thing is all communication between me and the costumer's will happen on a telephone which i have no experience of. I kind have no experience of sale on telephone. so any tips or useful websites would be a life saver since this is a very important start for my career. Thanks!
