Include part-time job currently doing for a month only in resume or claim unemployment for an extended period while studying?

I took 2 year plus gap year after pre-uni studies before enrolling into part-time university and am working at a recently found job for a month.

Which would be better? To leave the job in my resume (although it shows that I'm willing to leave after just a month) to lessen the impact of the gap year, or leave it out entirely since a month of work experience whether relevant or not is unlikely to be impactful to the resume? Or the third option, leave the job in the resume, and reveal that I intend to work both jobs simultaneously?
