Help, Nuclear VS construction vs Water treatment

I'm graduating soon in as a Mechanical engineer and I have an offer from a Nuclear energy company (government is their main client)

and I am expecting an offer from an Architecture and Engineering firm as an MEP engineer

and I have an interview with a ground water treatment company

which industries are growing? where would I be making more money in 5 years?

so it is Construction VS nuclear VS water treatment

which would you go with if you were in my shoes?

salaries are pretty much the same, relocating for Nuclear energy and would be in Virginia.
