Has anyone here done one of those one sided video interviews where you just record your answers? I have a few questions.

1. How long is the entire interview usually? Is it like 5 or 6 questions like a phone screen?

2. I'm assuming they give you a text question and then you respond but can you start your response whenever you want? Like can you take 2 minutes to compose an answer and then press record?

3. Kinda related to #2, are you being recorded the whole time you're composing your answers?

4. Can you delete an answer and redo?

5. Do I need to have questions for them like in a regular interview?
